The correct translation of El Canasto is "The Basket".
Other GTD sites include:

Meer Effect (Dutch for More Effect), TecnologíaEficaz (Efficient Technology in Mexico) and Du Tudú, also in Spain.

Thanks for the new sites guys. ...as for "The Basket", sorry about that. Seems Microsoft Live does a much better job translating El Canasto than Google does!
